"Appartement très bien situé, dans le vieux centre de Annecy, idéal pour tout faire à pied ! 😌 La chambre et le salon sont confortables ( il y a même Netflix sur la télé !), parfait pour un voyage solo ou en duo pour décompresser. Je ne me suis pas servie des équipements de la cuisine mais il y avait ce qu'il fallait !"

"It's centrally located, has all the amenaties inside, causy and intimate, romantic. The bed and pillows are very, very comfortable. The check-in/ out system is automated and quite easy to use by using a code for the key."

"The stairs are quite steep and it's difficult to use them while carrying any sort of bag and the hallway is quite dark with minimum natural light coming in. The 3rd floor where the apartment is located is the only one without a light bulb, which means that you need to use a flashlight to find your way in the evenings/ at night while using the steep starways. The bathroom drainage has a bad smell (old plumbing) and it's necessary to open the windows and let the fresh air inside as often as possible. The shower cabin is not letting the water go through the draining (too horizontal), so the water takes longer to disappear."

"Loved this flat so much! Amazing location, you couldn’t ask for better, right by the river and old town which has everything you could need. The apartment has the most stunning spiral staircase to get to it- you feel as if you have stepped back in time."

"Квартира со всеми удобствами в средневековом доме с чудесной винтовой деревянной лестницей! Несмотря на центр города, в квартире тихо. Есть все кухонное оборудование-чайник, кофеварка, посуда в достаточном количестве, посудомойка. Единственно неудобным был душ-держалка лейки была плохо закреплена. Оставили много пакетиков с гелем для душа. Но не было мыла для рук. Квартира чудесная! Город Анси очаровывает и в дождь!"

"It is located in the middle of the centre. Close to everything, small and cute apartment."

"Its perfect because we were directly in the centre but be aware of the noise outside. We were staying there at the weekend so it was pretty loud at night. There is no airco and the one what they had was not clean so we couldn‘t use it. We slept with opened windows that‘s why it was more noisy. But still it is a perfect place to choose! Everything else was great."
